About the house
A small workshop at the edge of the fog
Figmatro is where tedious design chores go to be dealt with. We make Figma plugins, templates, UI kits and Claude skills that do the haunting work, so you don't have to.
How the house got its residents
Every file has its ghosts: 400 unstyled text layers, a hundred near-identical greys, padding typed in by hand at two in the morning. We kept meeting them, so we started building things to deal with them.
Each tool we made turned out to have a personality. The one that drives stray colours out of a file became a ghost. The one that stitches loose spacing together became a monster. They moved in, and the house filled up.
Figmatro is the house they all live in. Every creation is small, does one job well, and is a little strange to look at.
Who lives here
-
The Hexorcist
Drives the hard-coded colours out of your file and binds them into variables, with Light and Dark modes.
-
Frankenstyle
Stitches a messy file's spacing, radius and type into variables and text styles.
-
AI Handover
Checks a frame for everything an AI would have to guess, then hands it over as one markdown file.
-
Mummify
Wraps every page of a Figma file into one PDF, with bookmarks. Or a PDF per page.
-
Lantern
Shines a light on your page, Figma frame or code, and writes up the WCAG 2.2 AA issues it finds, each with a fix.
House rules
-
You see the plan first
Plugins that change your file show you what they found and what they want to change. Nothing moves until you say so.
-
One Undo reverses it all
If a build isn't what you wanted, one Undo puts the file back exactly as it was.
-
Plain prices
A price is a price. Where there is a free way to try something, we say so up front.
-
Built to be read by everyone
Contrast, keyboard use and screen readers are part of how we make things, not a fix at the end.
