Straight after checkout, Polar emails you a receipt with your files and any licence key. You can also get them any time from the customer portal: sign in with the email you used at checkout.

Give it a few minutes, then check your spam or promotions folder. Still nothing? Sign in to the customer portal with the email you used, or write to [email protected] and we'll sort it out.

Products that need a key show it in the receipt email and in the customer portal. Figma plugins don't use our licence keys: Figma remembers your purchase for you.

So we can send you the file and you can download it again later. It doesn't add you to our newsletter: you can sign up for that separately if you'd like to.

Our Figma plugins are bought inside Figma, not on this site. Open the plugin in Figma and, when you need the paid features, it takes you to Figma's own checkout. Figma takes the payment, sends the receipt and remembers that you've paid.

We never see your card details. Plugins with a free tier, like The Hexorcist, tell you what's free and what costs money before you pay.

Make sure you're signed in to the same Figma account you paid with, then close and reopen the plugin. If it still asks, write to [email protected] with the plugin name and your Figma email.

Plugin payments and refunds go through Figma, so ask Figma support first. If you get stuck, write to us and we'll help however we can.

No. Our plugins work inside your file and have no network access, so nothing leaves Figma.

Prices include VAT. In the US, Canada and India, sales tax is added at checkout. The exact tax is shown at checkout before you pay.

The site shows prices in US dollars. Checkout may show the price in your own currency instead, so you know exactly what you'll be charged.

Polar is our reseller (the "merchant of record") for everything except Figma plugins. They take the payment, handle sales tax and VAT around the world, and send your receipt, so their name appears on your statement.

Yes. At checkout, tick "I'm purchasing as a business" and add your company name and VAT number. Your receipt then works as an invoice, and reverse charge applies where it should.

Use it in as many personal and client projects as you like, including commercial ones. Don't resell or share the files themselves. The licence has the details.

Yes. If something you bought from this site isn't right, write to [email protected] within 14 days and we'll refund you. See the refund policy. Plugin refunds go through Figma (see above).
